I made this charcuterie boards for a wine tasting of 40 people (I‘m not a professional)

To give you a bit transparency
What I payed

Meat & cold cuts: 170€
Cheese: 70€
Fruit & Veggies: 53€

Customer pays 15€ per Person.

My worktime was 4 1/2 hours for 5 boards (shopping not included)

I calculated
300g of meat/cold cuts per Person
120g of cheese
Veggies and fruit were depending on the space that was left.

I also added 2 homemade dips

I‘m located in Germany.
