Three word description

Chinese x French

A bit detailed description

If that catch your attention I’d recommend it cause it’s something that I personally enjoyed those flavours and especially with their tea pairing which was mostly hit just one was a miss (maybe personal preference) using ingredients or have influenced from China,Hong kong,Taiwan for like XO sauce used for the octopus dish and using shaoxing wine and black vinegar for Guinea fowl, making sabayon from fuyu (fermented soy bean/tofu I didn’t knew about it until today) was unique and add its own twist
Desserts were simple like bao and fruits with osmanthus flower jelly (forgot to take it’s pic) it was good but I’ll say it was weakest part of the menu but still goood

the service was good but felt little slow for a solo diner cause the couple seating besides me who came late somehow getting their dishes before me so I kinda feel like wait was bit long for me and the tea specialist (idk the name of the title) she started strong telling me where these tea came from what taste should I expect and how they pair well with dishes until Guinea fowl dish she just said the name of the tea and dipped out until the end of the menu (since service experience may be different for everyone so take that into consideration)

Other than that I’m stuffed my palate is satisfied and would recommend it

Total spent – €240 (€190 tasting menu+ €50 tea pairing)
