  1. In my calorie app I tracked it as 143 calories and i used about half a cup of raw kale and one serving of Nasoya super firm tofu which was 1/5th of the block and was only 130 calories.

    Ingredients:
    1/5 block of super firm nasoya tofu
    ~1/2 cup kale
    And season how your heart desires with salt and pepper, onion and garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, turmeric.

    I also had 7 green grapes along with this 😋

  2. Nice. I love adding soo many veggies to my tofu scrambles! Cherry tomatoes, peppers, onions – yum! Your seasoning looks delicious.
