One of the best meals of my life hands down, worth the trip and the wait since reservation. Menu is in the last picture, chose the classic as it was my first visit.

The menu is really long and when the desserts started to come in I was already pretty full. I loved the service and specially the rhythm and how they adapt it depending on the client, in my case I was dining solo and I eat pretty fast so plates came in every 5 minutes more or less.

Biggest highlights imo where the carbonara, the chinese bread with caviar, the eggplant and pepper coca, the gilda and the hake. Also the petit fours were the best I have tried.
