One of the best meals I had as you can see most of the courses were seafood focused only 1 dish was a meat dish when I enter the restaurant first it seems little too uptight but as service begins the wait staff and sommelier were amazing and it doesn’t feel TOO stuffy surprisingly they didn’t had wine pairing of any kind but was offering wines by glasses so I chose to opt for a bottle instead which was really really amazing a small nitpick butter was bit hard when it arrived so it wasn’t spreadable at first food was amazing my favourite will be langoustine, carb and salmon tbh even squab was so delicious I can’t pick 1 favourite tbh and the vanilla ice cream that was with rhubarb was so good I made a request if I can get some more of that ice cream they accommodate it for men and gimme 2 servings instead

Ofcourse any restaurant I go I always ask for kitchen tour and taking a look at wine cellar had a good chat with sommelier and wait staff throughout my lunch as a solo diner I prefer this instead of just be on phone another negative I’d say which was very conditional was they were undergoing some reconstruction of some part cause of that my taxi got very confused since main entrance was inaccessible for anything but other than that it was solid restaurant
