Went with a friend and we had an absolutely incredible night. The service was top tier, with a warm and bubbly server who was personable and prompt to attend to anything we need. She even gave us an extra dessert just because my friend said he really liked chocolate.

The food, for me, was perfect. Each dish better than the next. The standouts were the Madai Ceviche, the halibut, and the foie gras. My friend thought the caviar/semifreddo would’ve benefited from having something crunchy to make a more textual bite but I thought the flavors were so profound that I didn’t mind the texture being a bit one-note.

If I could package the sauce used in the lobster dish and take it home as a soup, I would. It was the true star of the dish.
