    * 139 g Big Mountain Soy-Free Tofu made with fava beans
    * 46 g cucumber
    * 94 g cooked rice
    * 27 g carrots
    * 18 g pickled beets
    * 1 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce mixed with 2 T soy sauce

    Pan fry tofu in non-stick pan. Finish with 1/2 of sauce (using the rest for dipping.) Add everything to a sushi roller and roll on nori sheet
