  1. Japanese BBQ sauce is Bachan’s (original flavor). Pickled ginger is from Target “JFC Sushi Ginger.” I used some of the pickling liquid from that for the bell pepper.

  2. That tofu bowl is doing the limbo: bending over backwards to make your taste buds happy!
