Wow, this looks delicious! Years ago, I used to make my own homemade honey butter, along with homemade breads…banana, pumpkin, cinnamon, etc. Then, I’d wrap them all up really cute & give the bread & honey butter away as gifts. š

They look a little moist. Always make sure you squeeze your butter really good to get all of the buttermilk out because it will turn rancid pretty quickly. Using a pastry bag to pipe them into cute single-serving sizes is fun too.
