Ate at Suyo on August 1. It was our first time eating at Suyo definitely different in terms of flavour from most of the restaurants in Vancouver.

We decided to do Al la carte as it was our first time. But there was a tasting menu $200 per person, but imo we already plan what we wanted to order.

Personal Favourites were the side strip prawn and scallop ceviche, Veal Heart and Pastel De Yuzu con Fresa.

Mains : Duck and Rib eye was underwhelming compared to the starters and mid course in terms of flavour as it would similarity serve in other restaurants.

Cocktails : wife had 3 of them and love them. Unfortunately I didn’t took any picture of them.

We would definitely come back, when they release their winter menu or tasting menu.
