As I m sitting here slicing away on some Smoked Gouda I had a thought provoking question come to mind. What’s the best way to “Cut the cheese”. Obviously the variety of cheese matters but in general what are some of the ways you like to cut your favorite cheeses and why. I like to cut a nice thin slice with a bit of the skin for the smoked Gouda which can be tricky with the round shape.
