Found what seems like string in a Parmesan wedge while grating. Is what I grated safe to eat ? Has anyone seen this before? Was really looking forward to carbonara by liburty Cheese

October 16, 2024ive been putting this on boiled potatoes and it’s absolutely insane it’s like a somehow healthy liquidy Brie/mild Camembert . I need to try the garlic flavor !!!
