I first heard of this cheese in the Try Guys video Keith Eats $500 of Gourmet Cheese and this was his favorite cheese of 20+. Of course I had to try it & the checkout guy made a point to say it’s an incredible cheese too. Everyone is correct, it is soooo delicious. I already love goat cheese especially when it’s soft and the sheep milk made it even more unique. It’s marinated in olive oil with some seasoning and I spread it on some bread and it was insanely good. Pretty salty, very creamy, it’s like butter if butter was cheese. Life changing.

try it as a sauce! if you remember the tiktok feta pasta recipe, it’s really similar vibes. i cut some cherry tomatoes in half, roast them til nice and squishy, add them to a pan, then dump the whole jar in (picking out the black pepper and herb twigs). it is heart stopping but oh so good 😭

When you get to the last bit mix it up with the oil and dip bread in it. Trust me.
I use this instead of butter.
I always make sure to have a baguette on hand for dipping. Unreal 😋
