We are on holiday in Eastern Europe and are traveling on a budget which allowed for a splurge like this. Being vegetarian, this kind of fine dining is usually not in the cards. The experience was indescribable. If you can do this once in your life, do.
We went for the 13 course vegetarian menu with wine pairing. A vegan menu is an option also. I forgot to photograph a few.

I am not fancy enough to know how to properly eat some of these things in front of other people. 🤣 What an amazing experience! How did everything taste? It all looked amazing!

actually it should be ‘in the cards’. which is rather unfortunate for my wallet but still. Not all, but plenty (most?) starred restaurants do have vegetarian menus. at least here (northwest europe). we recently went to ‘t Ganzenest in rijswijk for lunch. also a *. which was excellent by the way.
