This is definitely a long shot but bought some cheese at a farmers market and cannot remember what it is called. I asked the seller for a cheese that would taste good melted over chicken. He gave me this one. He said that it is from Switzerland and is commonly melted. I am having a hard time describing the taste but it is somewhat mild sour taste. Any help appreciated!!
