We ate at Potong on our last night in Thailand. Was late for the 5pm service( Traffic) but we emailed them and they were happy to hold on to our table. We were first welcome at the 1st floor with our welcome drink( we had kombucha) as we didn’t drink alcohol. The floor manager gave us an introduction to the history of Potong, building and family. We then proceed the 4th floor ( opium bar) where we had our 1st 3 bites with charcuterie shown and cold tea. Once again another floor manger explaining the story of the opium bar.
After we were proceed to the 2nd floor for dinner,
I believe they use the 2nd and 3rd floor for service .

On to the food and dinner service, every dish we had was amazing. Every dish had a form of Chinese ingredient and flavours that married well with Thai flavours.

Personal Favourites : Fish, duck and Wagu Chaw siu and white chocolate& coconut desert.

Overall experience was great and the restaurant had a great story and history and you can see it even in the design of the building. Most was amazing too would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Thailand. I personally would come back just for the wagu chaw Siu and Duck and of course a new Menu .
