  1. Mannnnny years ago I discovered this stuff. It’s SO GOOD. Sadly, I don’t eat it anymore. In already have difficulty throttling my general cheese intake. Introducing a cheese as good as this one into my life was a mistake. I couldn’t moderate myself. 🙁

    The people in the comments saying it’s not cheese…

    It’s a blend of cheeses with some milk solids and emulsifiers. What’s the big deal- it’s literally cheese, milk, and a processing aid. How do you think commercial cream cheeses are made?

    There’s a similar type of “cheese” called Kiri (same manufacturer), it’s also super good on toast

    My mom used to put 2 pieces of this in my lunch for school, with crackers and a spread stick. Of course, i ate the 2 pieces whole and gave out the crackers to my friends like a garage wars auction

  6. it used to come in tiny dice-sized cubes, in a small rectangular tray of maybe 40? my sister and i would get two with our school lunch.

    The vegan version of this is SHOCKINGLY good but it doesn’t hold a candle to proper laughing cow cheese.

  8. Makes a wonderful pasta sauce with just a bit of reserved cooking water. Like to toss it with some sautéed green beans or asparagus.

    Fun fact, its a french product and it’s basically made up of all kind of rejects of famous cheese like comté.
    Basically to be called by their proper name lile comté the cheese wheels have to go through quality control, if they are rejected they are sold in bulk to be mixed together with other type of rejected cheese and melted into products such as vache qui rit (laughing cow)
