54 grams avocado (the guacamole is just mashed avocado with black pepper sprinkled on top)
6 grams vegan mayo from Plant Perfect mixed with-
¼ teaspoon chili garlic sauce from Maggi Imported Goods by Nestle, CA
31 grams of 12 Grain Sliced bread (Stern’s)
7 grams of scallions
All together 368 calories :)!
This reminds me of the time I made “ramen” with spaghetti. Delicious, but I wouldn’t even feel right calling it fusion, haha.
