Easiest noodles I've ever made!
Ingredients
– textured soy
– noodles
– veggies (I used bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli)
– soy sauce
– salty peanuts
– sauce (I used Thai)
Steps
1. Heat some water in the microwave, then pour it to the textured soy. Do not use more water than needed, normally you'll want the water level to be half of your soy for crunchy texture. You can of course use spices and/or sauces to give your soy flavor.
2. Boil water, add noodles and turn off the heat.
3. Heat some olive oil or butter and add your veggies until golden or brown.
4. Add textured soy and soy sauce. Optionally, add spices.
5. Add noodles and peanuts.
6. Serve and splash some sauce and spices! 🤌
