My favorite part was definitely definitely the toasted foccasia with baked brie, roasted garlic, caramelized pear (with a little honey) and black current balsamic reduction :p it was delightful and I highly reccomend making this as a snack, the idea is based off something I had at a fancy restaurant but I made a few changes and I think it was even better! Also the one plate is sliced mango not cheese 🙂 I know I don't have a fancy board but I still wanted to share
