High protein nice cream! 343 calories, 30 grams of protein. Ingredients: 200g frozen banana, 100g frozen cauliflower, 30 vanilla protein, 4g guar gum, ice and liquid zero kcal sweetener. I also added some toppings later.

    How is the texture/taste, is it thicker like icecream or more like a whipped topping?

    I eat this type of thing post workout on the daily!! add cocoa powder for chocolate or cinnamon and almond extract for a snickerdoodle version 🤩🤩

  3. Can anyone explain how people keep their frozen bananas from going brown? Every time I freeze them they go off and when I try to make something with them they’re all brown and so unappealing.

  4. Wow! That looks totally edible! I’ve always found guar gum to be tricky- last time I tried to use it I swear I made flubber. It was definitely not fit for consumption. 😅
