    231 grams of baked sweet potatoes (2 potatoes)

    A slice (22 grams) of Daiya vegan provolone cheese

    2 tablespoons of tahini mixed with-

    ¼ teaspoon of a jalapeno dip (I made from jalapenos, cilantro, vegan mayonnaise, and garlic)

    37 grams of spring mix greens

    116 grams of raw broccoli
