Made this cheese plate for friends over the holiday weekend. From the top goat cheese going clockwise: Sofia by Capriole Creamery in Indiana, Foxglove by Tulip Tree Creamery in Indiana, Fourme d’Ambert, and Mahon curado (6 month). For fruit we have a selection of fresh Bronx grapes from Lagier Farms in CA and peaches & nectarines from Kashiwase Farms in CA. Walnuts from Winters Fruit Tree in CA. Twelve people demolished it.
