I still can't get over this wraps and how delicious it was.
1 Joseph Lavash Wrap
100g just bare chicken nuggets (these are sick!)
3 tablespoons non-fat Greek yogurt
Shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
1 tablespoon Trader Joe's ranch seasoning (can use any)
0.5 oz of Low fat mozzarella cheese
Cook chicken 350 for 8 min
Prepare ranch (3 T Greek yogurt with ranch seasoning, add water for sauce consistency)
Prepare wrap, lay down lettuce, add sauce, add low fat mozz, then add chicken, add more sauce. Assemble.
I then put mine in my little George Foreman panini presser 🙂 I served with a side of mixed greens with my homemade honey Dijon mustard dressing 🙂
