First ever attempt at ribs. Done in the oven [homemade]
Dry rub on the left and same rub plus some bbq sauce on the right. Cooked for an about 3 and a half hours at 225 then a quick broil to make the sauce sticky.
Steak posts always need a cross section cut photo.
I think rib posts need to include a gif of being pulled apart.
They look fantastic, OP.

Didn’t wrap them in foil?

Ribs are one of those foods that seem hard to make, but are super easy. I wrap mine and stick them in the over at 275° for 2.5-3 hours, then sauce them up and give them a quick broil.

I don’t know why, but at first I read the title as “First ever attempt at this, dove in the oven” and wondered why those doves were so long.

Wow. I just saw this while literally taking a bite out of a rib.
