  2. I don’t think this is the starred chinese restaurant in the US. Off the top of my head Bistro Na is chinese and has a star.

  3. I’m surprised there’s only one. Any others that you think should be candidates that haven’t got their recognition?

I love that place so hard. Haven’t been in about five years. They didn’t have a star when I last went, but they seemed to deserve one. Looks excellent!

Lucky to be a 2x Mister Jiu patron and both were excellent experiences! Once ala carte and second tasting menu with Roast “Peking” duck (pre-order) optional course.

Two inputs from me that I think are valuable –

First – get double order of the scallion pancakes – don’t question me, just do it! Not on the menu, no problem, ask for it nicely and you will almost certainly get it!

Second – strongly recommend getting the duck (pre-order required), best I have ever had, bar none, but caveat that I have never been to China! Second caveat is that with the Roast Duck and mandatory 2x pancakes it’s a lot of food so bring some friends!!!!!!

Ah, and the temperance drinks are amazing also!
