RECIPE PLEASEEE
I was just messing around with [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/vegan1200isplenty/comments/qdryw6/protein_chocolate_mug_cake_202_with_icing_no/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=mweb) recipe, trying to make a lava cake and I came up with this! I thought my mug cake was pretty damn good but WOW. This is amazing.
Recipe:
20g vanilla/chocolate protein powder (unflavoured works too, just increase stevia)
10g oat flour
1 tbsp (6g) cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp nondairy yogurt or applesauce
2 tbsp nondairy soy/almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Stevia to taste, I used ~12 drops
1 square (~8g) dark chocolate
1 tsp peanut butter
Mix together dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spoon most of the batter into a ramekin (I put parchment in the bottom to prevent sticking). Then add 1/2 tsp peanut butter and 1/2 the square of chocolate and cover with remaining batter. Smooth the top. Microwave for 90 seconds on high, then break the other half of the chocolate into smaller pieces and sprinkle on top. Microwave for another 30 sec. Remove gently from ramekin and top with another 1/2 tsp peanut butter if desired. Enjoy while warm.
This was so good, I would’ve believed it was a “real” brownie/lava cake. It’s not just good for a low cal dessert, it’s just plain delicious. The peanut butter is totally optional, it would be great with just the chocolate… if not better. I just put PB on everything lol. Enjoy!
Could you ship these in the USA? I’d love to have some but I don’t have time for anything that’s not just rehydrated TVP with garlic.
What brand of protein powder did you use, for reference?
Yum! I’d eat this *right now.*
