  1. Nice looking pie! Man…a pizza oven really does make a difference, huh? I’ve tried oven stones to varying success, but the heat here looks so uniform.

  2. Nice work for a first try! Crust looks great, but the toppings are undercooked – there’s no browning on the cheese or pepperoni and the jalapenos look nearly raw. Did you add toppings after starting the cook? Generally the toppings should be cooked along with the crust.

  3. That looks awesome, OP! You nailed the Neapolitan style crust and the toppings look perfectly juicy. How did it taste?
