Tonight’s special was a classic old school sausage and mushroom pizza. It tasted just like the pizzas I grew up eating, maybe even better. Mozzarella and smoked Scamorza, red sauce, local sweet Italian sausage, home brined baby Bella mushrooms, and grated Locatelli Pecorino Romano.
