Ingredients:
Plant based mince, 75g
Plant based stock, 8g
Plant based cheese, 10g
Red Kidney Beans, 56.2g
Black Beans, 56.2g
Pineapple Chunks, 50g
Jalapeños, 5g
Wraps, 2 wraps
Refried Beans, 50g

Method:
1. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the plant-based mince, kidney beans, black beans, and a vegetable stock. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture reduces and thickens.
2. In a separate pan, lightly caramelize the pineapple chunks and jalapeños together.
3. Lay each wrap flat and spread a generous layer of refried bayo beans evenly over the surface.
4. Spoon the cooked mince and bean mixture onto the center of each wrap. Sprinkle with plant-based cheese, and top with the caramelized pineapple and jalapeños to taste.
5. Carefully fold and wrap the burritos.
6. Sear the wrapped burritos until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
7. Serve with any extra mince and bean mixture on the side as a bonus topping or dip.
