Low carb, gluten free, dairy free, high protein meal ideas? High protein and dairy free are most important!!

Macros for weight loss:
1470 cals
115g protein
50g fat
140g carbs

I know my cal limit is higher than 1200 but it’s my max! I’m planning to have the extra 270 cals for my protein shake anyways (: the other meals I struggle with!
