Everything I made from scratch. First time making this and it turned out great!

4 cups flour
1 tbsp sea salt
2 tbsp active yeast
3 tbsp vegetable oil
0.5 oz warm water
0.5 warm milk
3 tbsp melted butter.

Toppings: freshly chopped parsley and dried red pepper flakes.

Directions:
Add ingredients in mixing bowl while careful measuring.
Warm water and milk, not too hot.
Hand mix all dry and wet ingredients until soft dough is formed in bowl.
Rub 1 tsp oil on surface of dough.
Cover bowl and let dough sit to rise for 1 hour.In the meantime hand chop fresh parsley and set aside for later. Dust table with flour to launch dough. After 1 hour, transfer dough from bowl and form a nice ball, flatten a little. Cut dough into 6 evenly pieces and roll each into a ball. With a rolling pin, flatten dough into a medium size tortilla while dusting with flour to prevent from sticking. Heat a medium frying on stove on medium-low level. Cook dough for 5 minutes on each side while flipping. In the meantime, melt 3 tbsp butter. Bread is done when light brown spots start forming. Transfer bread on plate to let cool, Butter top side of bread with cooking brush. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
