Gruyere is amazing. I'm having a cheese adventure and I can't stop now. Please let me know if there are any others I should start with 🙏

  1. When you’re ready, I love a goat cheddar. Much more than the more famous chevre.

Currently on a st paulin kick.

  2. That aged Gruyère on top might be my favorite cheese. Their dill havarti is really good along with their smoked cheddar if you like smoked cheeses

I see the Emmi bag. See if they have Emmi shredded fondue cheese. If you keep a bag in it your fridge, you can put it on SO many things. Yeaterdays Baguette going stale, grab the bag and make fondue quick. Need for grilled cheese? You betcha. Hanker for French Onion soup? Gonna need that. It’s the most versatile item and culinary hack in my fridge.

  4. CHEESE!!
I just polished off some smoked white cheddar. It was sooo good. Love the choices you have there!

  5. Jarlsberg.

Dill Havarti, which used to be basically ubiquitous but these days I rarely see it, for no reason that I can figure out. The cool, refreshing dill is so perfect in the creamy Havarti. This is nothing whatsoever like Gruyere, but I see that you have a Havarti there so I thought I’d throw that in.

Oh, also, for some reason the cheeses that are shown in this picture make me want to recommend a Fontal Fontina. It’s a bit more complex and flavorful than most fontina, I quite enjoy it.

Try some aged cheeses. I had an 18 year aged cheddar the other day and now I’m enjoying a 10 year. So goof
