What is the difference between Spaghetti Bolognes and what people typically think of when you say spaghetti? Is that just the technical term for spaghetti with red sauce?

You don’t add mushrooms to your bolognese sauce?? The cream and mushrooms are half the flavor. This looks more like plain old *meat sauce.*
