The protein jello is very light and creamy dessert. You could make a crust for it to make a "cheesecake" but be aware it is wayyyy lighter than you regular cheesecake filling! You can fold in fruits to increase the volume even more!

Use this for whatever you want and can't wait to see your take on this!

1 serving macros:

55 kcal, 9,7g protein, 1.8g net carbs, 0.2g fat

Protein jello fluff recipe:

-1 package/8,5 grams sugar free jell-o (40 kcal)
100 ml/130 grams of low calorie zaanse hoeve

-Quark (65 kcal) (you can use 0 fat greek yoghurt instead of quark but be aware the calories can be a bit different)

-1 scoop/30 grams protein powder vanilla or a flavor that matches the jell-o flavor!

-100 ml hot water

  1. Put the hot water and jello in 1 bowl and mix until the jello is disolved.

  2. Add the scoop protein and then the quark/greek yoghurt and mix.

  3. Mix with a handmixer or stand mixer until it fluffs up and becomes thick like in the last picture. (It took me 10 minutes eith the handmixer. I didnt let it cool down first. If you let it cool down a little bit first but makes sure it stays liquid then it will take less time to fluff it up)

  4. It you want to fold in fruits then now it the time! Put it in a a form or tray and let it set in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
