Full day of eating 1480 calories. 120 g Protein, 160 g Carbs, and 40g of Fat.

Lunch and dinner are similar because it’s what I enjoy. The “snacks” category is a little jumbled, but essentially I had a yogurt bowl with rice cakes, honey and blueberries, and then protein oats with peanut butter and raspberries.

I’ve been eating 5 meals a day and find this to be the best way for me to stay full.
