I used Natasha’s Kitchens recipe as a loose guide (I didn’t add the seasoning etc to the calorie counter). So easy to make, and I’m planning on eating leftovers for my lunch at work too. The weight for a full serving of the egg roll “filling” is 6.66 ounces to get 289 calories (last photo), but I took less than that.
