  1. Inspired by another post I tried something similar (but not quite the same):
    1. I made a spice mix from turmeric, paprika, black cardamom, cloves, coriander, cumin, salt and pepper
    2. marinated the chicken (little touch of olive oil and rub in the spice mix) and left it in the fridge before going to work
    3. put the chicken in the oven at around 140C, then very briefly fried in the pan with a little olive oil and butter
    4. taken out the chicken, and fried onion, leek and garlic in the same pan, added some more turmeric, salt and pepper, and a little leftover of the spice mix
    5. added rice to the mix, briefly left it in the pan, then added the whole mixture into the rice cooker and instead of water used clear chicken soup
    6. after it was done mixed in some fresh coriander
