I’m obsessed with this recently! I was so afraid to try it, always using “just egg” and then regretting the calories/processed food being such a large part of my calories. My favorite pre run lately! Tofu, half avocado, pico, and protein bread!

Tofu- 1/2 block firm
Turmeric, garlic powder, and India black salt to taste. Simmer and stir and that’s it. Roughly 500 cal 30g protein.
