Hey guys. Why am I so hungry at 1500 calories I feel like it’s not “normal”. I’m 5’3 F 135 lbs. I am fairly active lift 2-4 times a week. Run 5 miles 3-4 times a week and bike 4 miles to work 3x a week. I want to start losing weight to be under 130lbs again but I find I’m just so preoccupied with food and am so hungry. You can see I’m hitting my protein goal – everyone tells me eating protein makes you stay fuller. Is it the carbs? I just need to find the right mix to stop obsessing over food. What worked for you guys when you felt this way?
