[Homemade] Garlic ramen

  1. This ramen is based on a simple chicken broth with a garlic paste as tare. The paste is made from garlic fried in oil and then mixed to a paste with sesame paste, fermented chili and bean paste, sesame, sesame oil and rice vinegar.

    Topped with ajitsuke tamago, pak choi, spring onion, coriander and chicken (from the broth making) pan-fried with soy shoots. Also some extra homemade chashu I had left in the freezer for me (my significant other does not eat pork).
