    Mix 200 grams of kefir with 1 teaspoon of soda and leave for 5 minutes. At this time, mix 180 grams of 5% cottage cheese, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar, add 1 egg and pour in the kefir with soda. Then add 400 grams of flour and knead the dough, form our bread and put it on parchment. You can add any seeds to your taste on top (I have flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and black sesame). Make a cut on top and send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then set it to 180 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes until done.
