If I eat 300 calories, I have no hunger for 8 hours. How does it go away again? Salad and cheese made me hungry, which doesn't now anymore. Even with intense exercise

I only can consume 1500 calories and 200g of protein, but I can't seem to get down more than about 100g of carbs, 150g of protein, and 20-30g of fat. I tried a cheat meal with 2000 calories and even then, I struggle. I did lose 30lbs in 6 weeks. I also have a higher BMR though because of POTS when standing (130-150 heart rate).
