    Parmesan & herb crusted chicken breast, fettuccine alfredo, peas with butter all topped with parm and herbs from my garden.

    Alfredo sauce recipe-

    1/2 cup butter

    2C heavy cream

    2C freshly grated parmesan

    Salt, pepper, garlic to taste.
    Melt butter and cream, let cook until bubbly. Add chopped garlic if desired, cook gently. Turn heat to low and whisk in cheese, stirring until combined. Salt & pepper to taste.
