I made a large batch of mole this weekend to last a few months. Felt inspired by Guisados in Los Angeles who have a similar taco.
Chicken drumstick, mole, crema, queso fresco, onion, and toasted sesame seeds on corn tortillas. Mole and tortillas were made from scratch, grinding the components in my molino. Enjoy the picture.
