Gomen, which is collard greens; Kik Alicha, which is yellow split peas; Atakelt Wat which is mixed veggies; Misir Wat, which is red lentils; Yebeg Alicha, which is mild lamb stew, and Doro Wat in the center, which is fiery hot chicken stew with hard boiled eggs. Served on sourdough called Injera, which I didn't make.

YUMMERS!

I definitely want to eat that.
Is it most commonly had with injera? Or is rice and other breads common too?
4? I’m killing all that by myself
In America that’s the first appetizer for one person.
For four my ass. I regularly split a veg sampler this size with my partner. Way too good to be fighting six other hands for goopy plate injera.
Thank you for explaining what everything is!
Looks amazing mate
Sneak dissing America nah
This looks amazing!! Well done
Is the joke that Ethiopia are starving?
