This was my brunch a keto bagel thin, 1/2 cup eggbeaters, 1/2 tbs of black olives, 1/2 tbs of spinach, 1 white mushroom cap chopped up, 2 tbs of velveeta cheddar shreds, 1 tbs of whipped strawberry cream cheese on one side, 1 tbs of Yucatán guacamole on the other and smothered it in chipotle sauce. I put cinnamon, a little msg, black pepper, and minced dehydrated onions in the mix (didn’t measure this but like definitely less than a Table spoon.
