For the cheese sauce:
• 2 peeled steamed potatos
• 1 peeled steamed carrot
• 1 cup raw cashews
• 1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk
• 2 cloves garlic
• juice of half a lemon
• 1 – 2 inch piece peeled fresh turmeric root
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• sea salt to taste (or 1 tsp)
• a few sprinkles cayenne pepper
Peel the potatos and carrot and cut into chunks, steam until soft. Place in blender with all other cheez ingredients and blend until smooth.
