Used the Organic Brand 100% Pure Pumpkin can, mixed in some brown sugar, arrowroot starch, heavy cream, and pumpkin spice mix (nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, cloves). Crushed Honey Maid graham crackers and added melted salted butter to make crust, you want the crackers to hold its shape. Compacted graham crackers in a muffin tin to make crust layer, and poured pumpkin mixture in to almost the top of the crust. I put them into the oven at 350°F and took them out when the pumpkin mixture firmed and finished cooking (about 25 minutes). I piped whipped cream on top after they cooled, and dusted with more pumpkin spice blend. These were soooo delicious and super easy to make, everyone loved them! I didn’t use any set measurements, just made sure to taste everything before assembling🫶🏻😊🎃
