La Maison 1888 is the flagship restaurant of Intercontinental Da Nang and headed by Pierre Gagnaire. The restaurant was designed by Bill Bensley, and the design resembles an 1800s Indochinese mansion (hence the name). I had the pleasure of having the 7 course tasting menu, and the overall theme is modern French with some Vietnamese ingredients.
